Behavioral Presentation

For the KPMG internship, the process had three parts. First, I sent in my application. Then, I had to write an essay on a topic given to me, which was meant to show how I think and communicate. Lastly, there was an interview where I was asked questions about my past, how I solve problems, and my experiences working with others. It felt pretty organized and professional, and the interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable.

Behavioral

The KPMG Consulting interview process in Sydney was pretty straightforward and structured. Started with submitting a resume and cover letter, then an online assessment center with some situational judgment and basic problem-solving tasks. After that, there was just one in-person interview, which was entirely behavioural—no technical or case study questions. The whole process felt standard and manageable, nothing too intense or unexpected.
