After submitting my online application for the Graduate Audit Insurance program, I was sent an email inviting me to a timed video interview. I got to pick when I wanted to do it. Before I started, there were some technical tips and general interview advice, like what to wear, how to prepare, and how to check my camera and sound. The interview itself had 4 questions that I could see beforehand. I had about 1.5–2 minutes to prepare and record my answer for each one. Two of the questions were in English, and two were in German. They focused on my personality, my motivation, and a recent trend in the financial market.

The interview process has 3 rounds. First, there was an HR round, which was non-technical. Then, there was a Manager round, followed by a Senior Manager/Onshore Manager round, both of which were technical in nature.

The interview had one round with two parts, each 30 minutes, conducted over Microsoft Teams. It was mostly a behavioral interview, very conversational, though interviewers can vary. The first part was with a managing director, and the second with a senior manager. You're informed about who will interview you beforehand.
