First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KPMG.
Associate
The interview process is specific to this role and might not apply to other areas at KPMG. It involves three stages: first, a behavioral test, then a technical test with modeling (which takes 1-2 hours and has three parts), and finally a director interview. After the technical test, you'll hear back in the third round and be asked questions about the specific area.

Associate Director
There were 2 rounds in the interview process. The first round was a technical discussion, followed by a partner round. The technical round included a mix of technical and scenario-based questions. After these rounds, HR would discuss compensation.

Senior Associate
I had a really good experience with this company. They were very clear about everything from the start, telling me what they were looking for, how they'd judge candidates, and what the interview process would be like. This helped me get ready. They were flexible in scheduling the interview to work for both of us. The interview itself was conducted professionally, and I felt respected. They assessed me fairly based on what they said they were looking for. KPMG also got back to me quickly with feedback. Overall, it was a positive experience.
