Senior Manager
Very professional application process – transparent communication, quick feedback, and a respectful interaction. The conversations were conducted at eye level and offered room for professional exchange as well as personal questions. Overall a very pleasant impression.

- What specifically attracts you to this role and to our company?
- What would you identify as your main strengths and areas for development?
Assistant Manager
I had 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was with the Indian director and associate director where we discussed financial instrument valuation. The second interview was with the director and manager of the onshore team, who are in charge of financial instrument valuation, and also the manager from India.

Assistant Manager
It was a straightforward interview with 2 rounds. One was technical and the other was directorial. Everything depended on good communication skills and notice period. The questions asked were easy and bookish, not hardcore. The second round was basically a behavioral round.

- What is de related stuff?
