Customer Success Manager
It was pretty quick, first I had a chat with the TA Specialist to make sure my skills and experience were a good fit and to gauge my motivation. She also gave me a good overview of the team structure, their CS style, and KPIs. After that, the main process had two rounds: first, a Q&A with the Line Manager, and second, a platform demo with the Line Manager and a CSM.
- How would you structure your client portfolio?
- What's your strategy for managing accounts that are at risk of churning?
- Can you answer typical questions about Customer Success skills and competencies?
Salesforce Administrator
The interview process was smooth and well-organized, wrapping up in less than a week. There were three parts: first, an HR call; second, a chat with the department manager, which included some technical quizzes on code that reminded me of my engineering school days; and finally, a meeting with my future manager and a colleague. Everyone was professional, clear, and friendly. It was an efficient and pleasant experience with good communication all through.
- Can you look at these Python code snippets and explain what each one does?
Account Executive
First, I had an initial screening with the HR recruiter. After that, I had a call with the hiring manager. Then, I interviewed with other team members. It was a bit disorganized after the first two calls, with short turnarounds and not a clear picture of the whole process. Eventually, they stopped all communication, and I felt like they were just keeping me as a backup in case someone else didn't accept an offer.
- Can you tell me about your general sales process?
- What's your experience like with large clients?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process at Kpler started with an initial contact through my network, and I proceeded directly to an interview with the hiring manager. I found his direct, efficient, and results-oriented approach very appealing, especially after a negative experience at my previous job. Following that, I had a chat with my potential colleagues to see if we'd work well together, which also included presenting a mock demo/call. The final stage involved speaking with HR and Recruitment. I was impressed by the efficiency and the positive attitudes and culture of everyone I met. Although I received an offer, I also had another offer. Kpler made an effort to match my alternative offer, and I ultimately chose Kpler because of the culture and the people. I appreciate that Kpler's conversational interview style allows them to genuinely get to know candidates, unlike processes that rely heavily on rehearsed answers.
- Were given an assignment mock call/demo.
