The interview started with a welcome to the office, followed by a self-introduction. We then went over an overview of the company, the job description, your desired salary, and your expected starting date. The future person in charge was also mentioned. The process was transparent, quick, thorough, and thoughtful.

The questions were about CV, basic market knowledge of the office location (sometimes specific), and knowledge of current trends. There was also a case assignment where you had 1 hour to write a response to some detailed case questions.
