So, I interviewed at Kore.ai, and wow, what a mess. It started December 6th, then rounds on the 10th and 16th. They said I was cleared for a December 23rd start, but then pushed it to December 31st. On December 22nd, they told me the position was 'on hold' because the CTO was confused about my employer, which was weird since that confusion was already cleared up. Then, I emailed the CTO directly to clear things up, and he totally freaked out, threatened to fire the recruiter for something the recruiter didn't even do. The whole thing was super disorganized, no one knew what was going on, and my time was completely wasted. After weeks of this circus, they just left me hanging with excuses. It's crazy how a company with an AI product can be so dysfunctional.

The interview had three rounds. The first round focused on the tech stack mentioned in the resume. The second round involved a system design question and likely a coding question. The final round was a techno-managerial discussion, primarily about projects on the resume and the problems tackled within them.

It was very bad, and they gave the project to gradious technologies. They have the worst system to hire. They do not even give compilers to execute the code and they evaluate them. They take an entire day for a simple process. They don't communicate the flow of the process or the result of the process to the candidates well after each round.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Questions about programming, specifically on arrays.
  • Questions about programming, specifically on patterns.
