Clinical and didactic tests were done. Also verbal questions on time management and treatment planning. I am out of words and this require 30 words.... but that is all I can remember

They treat prospective dentists very well. I was flown into my interview and was put in a very nice hotel. The interview included a hands skill test, and a dental knowledge test. I was told to watch the interactions between the office manager and head assistant, but both were out of the office at the time of my interview. Talking to the other doctors working for them resulted in mixed reviews. The office was a little dirty. The waiting room was crowded and had a mom giving an infant soda in a bottle. I guess that is a good indicator that they will never run out of kids to treat.

I got the interview through a referral from a former colleague. They were really respectful and seemed genuinely interested in seeing if we'd be a good fit, not just if I would be good for them, but also if they would be good for me. My advice for candidates is to research the company thoroughly to ensure it's a good match, always get offers in writing, and have an employment agreement legally reviewed before accepting.
