The interview process was totally smooth and included 3 rounds. The first round was all about Data Structures and Algorithms, with 2 problems. They really cared about how you approach the problem and if you could give an optimal solution. The second round focused on projects and technologies. The interviewers were very smart and could judge candidates well with just a few questions. The last round was a high-level discussion about my current/last project and most interesting project, focusing on challenging work, my contribution, and domain knowledge. It also included some technical questions. The interviewers were really kind and made me feel comfortable throughout. My advice: be confident, communicate well while solving problems, and practice Data Structures and Algorithms a lot.

So, the interview process involved three rounds. First, a quick HR chat for about 15 minutes to see if I was a good fit. Then, two technical interviews, each lasting about 1.5 hours. These were heavily focused on Data Structures and Algorithms, with the last 10-15 minutes of each discussing the technology I'd be working on. The final round was a 30-minute session with an architect-level person, also mostly on algorithms. The technical interviews were pretty good, I had a nice connection with the interviewers. After that, it moved to the offer stage where I talked to a recruiter. I already had another offer and mentioned it, but the recruiter wasn't too concerned. I was actually in the final stages with another company at that time. Two days after talking to the recruiter, I got an offer and was told to accept within 24 hours. At this point, the other company's process was done, and I was waiting for their offer. I politely asked for an extra 24 hours to decide, as I was considering this company (Kony) but wanted to see what the other offer would be. That's when things got awkward. The recruiter accused me of 'job shopping' even though I hadn't accepted anything yet. I apologized for not mentioning I was in the final stages with another company, though I feel interviewing with multiple places at once is pretty standard. The recruiter insisted I confirm within the second day, but then I received an email rescinding the offer after 29 hours. It was disappointing. I sent a thank you email and moved on.

The interview process included 1 technical round, 1 round with a Director, and 1 HR round. The technical round focused on Java and Javascript, covering everything on your resume, application flows, architecture, and core concepts of Java and Javascript. The Director round was mainly about the various technologies you've used and how they were beneficial to the project, your specific contributions, the build process, and other daily tasks.
