Applied through a link to this great product company that is accessible to students. The interview process was conducted by Suntek, a hiring partner for Kony. It involved 4 rounds with Suntek and then 2 rounds with Kony. The Suntek rounds included an aptitude test and basic questions on C pointers and data structures, followed by a coding test with 2 questions requiring satisfaction of all test cases, including hidden ones. Suntek selects candidates for Kony rounds based on knowledge and skills, even if they have minor marks in earlier rounds. Suntek provides 2 days of classes to selected candidates, which is very helpful for understanding Kony and their internal process. The final selection was done by Kony in 2 rounds, focusing on candidates strong in data structures. Kony asks varied questions on all data structures like linked lists, queues, stacks, trees, tries, and graphs. Each panel member has a different approach; some give one problem to solve with optimizations, some ask basic concepts, and some focus on graphs. Coding is crucial, requiring perfect logic and consideration of complexity. Efficient answers with low complexity are preferred. Some tasks involve playing or coding a game. This is a great opportunity to join Kony, with a friendly interviewer and nice company environment. They convert interns to full-time jobs after one year with a high success rate. I missed out in the last round when asked to code BFS and DFS. It's important to prepare well for graphs, trees, and linked lists, and not neglect smaller details. I missed a great chance and will definitely reapply next year.

The interview process started with four rounds conducted by Kony's hiring partner, Suntek Corporation. These included an online MCQ test (three sections of 20 questions each), an online coding test (three sections of 15, 15, and 20 marks respectively), a technical interview, and a HR interview. Following these, there will be two more rounds at Kony Hyderabad. Kony offers a package of Rs. 3,00,000 per annum during the internship. Based on performance during the internship, Kony may convert interns into full-time employees with a package of Rs. 7,20,000 per annum. The conversion rate from intern to full-time is 99%.

Kony conducted an online test on campus where they selected 59 out of 500 students. Then, the top 16 students out of those 59 were directly called for an interview. The rest were given a coding question. The question was about linked lists, where we had to delete the first 'n' elements, represented by 'deletesize', from a block repeatedly until a remaining block size was left in the linked list. It was a moderate question, and many students could solve it. Out of the 40 students who were given this question, only 5 were selected. Then came the interview round, where concepts like Prime Number, OOPS, JS, and other conceptual puzzles were asked. Reversing a linked list was also a question. Practice puzzles and coding questions on linked lists, and prepare questions on your project.
