Behavioral Technical

Bastante amigable, la primera entrevista fue para conocerme un poco y ver mis aptitudes y mi nivel de inglés, después hubo una última entrevista técnica con RH y el Manager del team, enfocada más en preguntas técnicas.

Behavioral Technical

The second round involved two 30-minute behavioral interviews with some situational tech questions sprinkled in at the end. It was a pretty enjoyable and conversational experience. They're also quite fast with their responses afterward.

Presentation Technical

The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen, followed by two one-on-one interviews, and then a half-day session that included a presentation. The design challenge was unique in that it was an independent task, not a typical whiteboard problem. It seemed to prioritize the final polished product and presentation over assessing the candidate's thought process, work style, and collaboration skills. While this approach might be effective for them in identifying successful hires, it was more stressful and unpleasant than a standard technical interview. Overall, the people seemed nice, and the one-on-one interviews felt like casual conversations. The atmosphere felt more like a consultancy with a business-casual vibe rather than a startup or design-focused environment, though this impression is based on remote interactions and might not be entirely accurate. This cultural fit wasn't ideal for me. I was also disappointed by the automated rejection email after investing significant time and engaging in conversations.
