Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

I thought the interview process was pretty thorough. They ask questions across different areas of knowledge which is good for them to figure out where you might fit. The first interview was with HR, asking about my background and how I found out about the job. Then came the interviews with the Tech leads. This part had a few steps. First, behavioral questions like 'Tell us about yourself,' 'Why Konrad?', and 'What tech have you used?' They also did an English test. After that, it was tech questions about my knowledge and experience. Then, a code reading exercise where I had to look at some code and explain what it did and the expected outcome. They also asked me to write a function to solve a specific problem. The third interview was a take-home assignment. I had three hours to download a project and fix as many issues as possible. My tip is to turn off your code editor's auto-formatters for this part; it helps them see just your code changes.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

First, there was a 30 min phone call where they asked about my background, no technical stuff. Then, a 1-hour technical interview with high-level design, code review, and whiteboarding. After that, a timed take-home assignment that I had to pass to get to the final interview, which had technical and behavioral parts.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process started with a phone call where we had a short chat about my skills and myself. Then there was a technical interview, followed by a take-home test. The final stage was a conversational interview with a senior member of their leadership team. Overall it was an average interview, and I was rejected in the end with the reasoning "Our team has reached capacity and are not able to make any further mid level developer additions for the time being".
