Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process consisted of 3 parts: a brief chat with HR (where they asked about my age indirectly), a more in-depth interview with a Senior Manager, and then a 3-hour virtual business case followed by a 25-minute presentation to an AVP at the office. After a positive conversation where I was told I'd receive an offer the next day, I got a rejection email instead, with no clear reason given.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had three rounds. I went through the first two, but I opted out because the whole thing felt really off-putting. Initially, there was a screening call, which was a really nice chat where they asked about my background, experience, and why I was applying. The recruiter seemed really excited and passed me to the next stage immediately. The second round involved interviews with two managers, covering some behavioral and then technical questions. I was offered a third interview, but a few days prior, the recruiter let me know the VP wanted a quick chat. The VP called and questioned if I was applying for the 'right' role. They also asked if the salary range I provided was what I truly felt I deserved at this point in my career. Then, the VP pointed out what they perceived as a gap in my experience, which I disputed factually. They suggested an alternative: dropping my title and accepting a lower salary range, with the possibility of working back up to the senior title. I currently hold a senior role with years of experience. The entire interaction felt condescending, sexist, and potentially discriminatory. I also find it highly questionable that the VP intervened in the interview process so late. It seemed like an attempt to bypass the standard procedure and push me out. Despite the pleasant demeanor of the employees and the recruiter, I suspect this company culture might be toxic.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process started with an HR screening call where we discussed salary expectations. Next, there was an interview with either a manager, VP, or a senior consultant. This part felt like it was designed to assess my experience and determine the right level for me, covering behavioral, technical, and past experience questions. The final stage was a case interview. I was given a broad problem area, like designing a digital solution for healthcare, along with presentation templates. I had 4 hours to come up with and present a solution.
