First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Konica Minolta.
Account Executive
During our conversation, the job description was discussed in detail, which was informative for me. Unfortunately, I received no feedback after the interview, even though it was promised during the conversation. I find this unprofessional, especially from a global company.

Account Executive
I was a recent college grad and bartender -- Had an interview with what was going to be my manager first thing in the morning. We went through my resume and some behavioral questions. I also asked several questions to make sure the fit was correct for me. Then went on a ride-day with a senior rep, which was relaxed and nice to be able to ask them questions with less formality (but they are, of course, secretly interviewing you while you "chat" to see how your personality will fit within their culture). Then at the end of the day I had to interview with another manager, they asked more behavioral questions -- tell me a time when....? do you work better in a team or independently? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- Behavioral and personality questions were asked.
Senior Account Executive
It was a long and tedious process. They were looking for examples of creative thinking and problem-solving skills. They also wanted to assess my leadership abilities and personality traits. I went through five interviews, each scheduled on a different day.
- Can you tell me why you left your previous job?
- We need documentation from your last employer, specifically your W2 forms.
