The interview experience was quite unusual. Upon arrival, the office had a strange ambiance with walls that seemed to change color. The receptionist directed me to a large room with chairs in a circular arrangement. The interview panel didn't introduce themselves but instead posed enigmatic questions. One question was about the weight of my ambition's shadow. Another asked me to express my biggest weakness through animal sounds. The clock's hands moved backward, and the lights flickered periodically. At the conclusion, the outcome was not disclosed; I was given a blank envelope and told I would know when I was ready.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with an initial screening by HR, followed by a more in-depth interview with a manager. The second round involved another manager interview. The third and final round consisted of interviews with managers I would potentially work under, which was a bit strange as they were from all over the country and people I wouldn't directly interact with. After the final interviews, they mentioned they'd be in touch within a week or two, but it ended up taking them three months to get back to me.

So first, they look at your application and resume to see if you kinda fit the job. Then, there's a quick call, usually with HR, to check if you're really interested and available. Sometimes they might give you tests to see how good you are. After that, there's the first interview, could be in person or online, with your potential manager or a few people. They wanna see your experience and how you handle stuff. The next round could be with a bunch of different people, maybe from other teams, and they might ask you to solve some real problems. Then there's a behavioral interview where they ask about how you acted in past situations using the STAR method. Finally, you might have a last chat with a senior person to see if you're a good fit for the company long-term. They also do a reference check, calling your old jobs to make sure everything you said is true. If all goes well, they'll give you the job offer with all the details.

Behavioral

I started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Then I had a second interview with one of the sales managers. When that interview concluded, they told me they wanted to move forward with an in person interview at their location and that dates and times would be emailed to set up the next meeting. I never received any follow-up message from them at all. I had to find out from a third party that they had already hired someone else. They never sent any correspondence to me letting me know that and left it up to me to find out by myself. One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had.
