I found this job on Indeed and applied online. The application included a long aptitude test. Based on my test results, a manager called me in for an interview. After passing that, I had a second interview with a different manager. Then, I had my final interview with the General Manager, and he hired me on the spot. He asked me some questions about myself and how I'd handle certain situations. All three managers had different interview styles, and they were all pretty nerve-wracking. I definitely recommend dressing your best and being confident. Also, be as friendly as possible because I think they're really looking for friendly and ambitious people.

The interview process was tense and awkward. The owner is really tough on new people, always doubting your skills. He handles issues in a childish way and scolds employees publicly instead of privately. If you get the job, get ready to pass a bunch of tests, know the menu perfectly, including about 50 sushi rolls and all their ingredients, and be ready to work long hours with few breaks.

The interview process here is pretty chill. You should dress business casual and bring a good attitude. The process has changed since I started, and now there are multiple interviews. Usually, one is with the AGM and another with the GM. Sometimes they might do a third interview, but they usually try to get it all done in one day.
