Senior Customer Success Manager
The interview process took 7 weeks and had 7 interviews total. It included an HR interview, a hiring manager interview, a panel interview with 4 people, and then another interview a week later with a different team member. All interviews went well. However, in the last interview, they mentioned that claims data experience is a requirement, which wasn't on the job description. Interestingly, about half the people I spoke with who are at my level said they didn't have claims experience when they started. This requirement wasn't brought up in the first 6 interviews or on my resume. I had to follow up personally with the hiring manager because HR wasn't responding. A couple of hours after that, I received a rejection. The company seems very disorganized. Be aware that this process is very time-consuming, and they might add new requirements as it progresses. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here or doing it again myself.
- Tell me about your technical skills and general soft skills.
Customer Success Manager
I had a straightforward chat with a recruiter who laid out the whole interview process for me. Then, I had a pretty informal meeting with the hiring manager where they asked me a few behavioral questions. After that, I met with some of the team members, specifically from Product and Customer Success. The final part involved me presenting a case study about how to connect Komodo products to the launch of a new drug for a client.
- Can you share an instance where you analyzed a large dataset?
- Describe a situation where you had to deal with an unclear request.
- What is your approach to informing the Product team about issues?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was kind of long to be honest. They asked really good questions about the culture and about how you fit into the culture. They did ask about my background in life sciences and some situational questions. But, overall I found the process to be helpful in understanding the product and role.
- What would happen if a customer stopped using our product even after it helped them solve their one problem?
