Got an invite for a phone screen 2 days after applying. Heard back fast after that and got asked to do an onsite with the HR Lead. Then, I had a second interview with the Head of Recruitment. After that, I was invited for 2 trial days and got an offer soon after. The whole thing was fast and professional. The trial days were a great chance to see Kolibri Games' amazing environment.

I applied online and the process took about a week. We had a Skype interview that began with a brief company introduction. Then, the recruiter asked if I had any questions about the company. I asked about their future growth plans, as they seemed to heavily rely on their current games and their website didn't suggest new developments. The recruiter seemed put off by this, stating that games take a long time to develop and always have room for improvement after launch. Following this, they asked about my past experience. Honestly, this interview felt different from any other I've had; the recruiter seemed uninterested in my responses about my previous experience, appearing more focused on promoting the company throughout the entire interview.
