First I had to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a second interview and was given a writing assignment. Then, I had a third interview over video with the hiring manager and two other people from the team. They mentioned there would be a final round and said I'd hear back soon, but I never did get any follow-up or even a rejection. It was a bummer because I spent a lot of time and energy on the writing task and preparing for and doing three interviews.

An external recruiter reached out on Oct 30th to start the interview process. I spoke with the COO in mid-Nov, and then had to put together a presentation. After that, I interviewed with 4 leaders on a panel and took a Culture Index assessment. The whole thing took about two months. I got good feedback throughout and was told I was a strong contender. Sadly, two weeks after the panel, I was told they weren't moving forward with my application. Even though I didn't get the job, I really respected how professional and communicative the team was. It was a good learning experience, and I have a lot of respect for the company.

First, there was a recruiter screener call that lasted about 20-30 minutes. Then, a 1-on-1 interview where they really dug into my resume and experience for about 45-60 minutes. After that, a 45-minute panel interview focusing on core competencies and working styles. Next, a project that took me around 6 hours because I was very detailed, though it could probably be done in 3-4 hours if rushed. Finally, a 45-minute interview with senior leadership about company values, culture, and stakeholder satisfaction, followed by an offer.
