Behavioral Group

It was a 2-round process, mostly behavioral. The first round was a 30-minute panel interview with a talent manager, and the second was also a 30-minute panel interview with the team. Both were pretty easy for the role.

The interviewers were nice, but very business focused. It was more so than other interviews I've had. This was a basic interview where they asked questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'when did you solve a problem'.

Behavioral Technical

I submitted my application online and got a response about 3 weeks later. First, I had a phone chat with the IT HR Generalist. We talked about what I'm interested in, my schoolwork, and what IT jobs might be a good match for me. I also answered some standard behavioral questions. Then, I had a phone interview with the manager of the IT department I wanted to join. This was mostly behavioral questions, and we just talked casually to see if we'd be a good fit. About a week after that, I got an offer for the internship. I know some people had to go in for an in-person interview, but I didn't. I'm guessing it would have been more of the same, with behavioral questions and just chatting. The whole process was pretty relaxed, but Kohler does take a while to get back to you.
