It took them 3 weeks to get back to me after I applied. Then, I had 3 interviews over a month, plus an assessment. The last interview was kind of awkward because my potential coworkers didn't seem to get my last job or what I'd be doing here. They took another two weeks to decide.

It was a very gracious process. After submitting your application they may contact you for a 30 min phone screen with HR and the Hiring Manager. If you pass that interview you will be directed to take an online assessment for personality and IQ. If you pass the test then they will contact you for one last interview. I got an offer shortly after the last interview.
