It was a pretty manageable interview process. They seemed open to candidates with related experience. The role appeared to be a new, standalone position, and a key factor in why I wasn't selected was that they seemed unsure about the specific duties and responsibilities.

I started my interview process in February 2024. I had a total of 7 interviews over the next 3 months. After my last interview, I never heard back. I followed up with HR multiple times and was told they were 'still wrapping up the interview process and hope to have an update soon.' I saw the job was reposted on their site and I kept following up and was told the same thing. I eventually withdrew my application after another month of waiting with no updates. This was very frustrating because 7 interviews take a lot of time and effort. Leaving a candidate waiting is disrespectful and unprofessional.
