Get ready for PBM culture in the company. Also, prepare technical questions and have your professional career roadmap ready. The technical interview process can change based on the company and the specific job. But usually, there are some common steps. First, a screening call or initial interview, maybe a phone or video call with a recruiter or hiring manager. They'll talk about your background, skills, and if you're interested. They might ask general questions to see if you fit. Then, some companies give a technical assessment or test, like a coding challenge, problem-solving task, or a test of your specific technical skills. The difficulty can vary.

I had an interview with two people, one guy and one girl. They introduced themselves and then I introduced myself. It was supposed to be an hour long interview, but it finished in 45 minutes. This was my very first interview ever. The interviewers were nice and interactive, making it a really good and fun experience. I thought it would be a technical interview, but it ended up being an HR interview.

The entire interview process took about 3 months and I still have no update on whether I've been selected. They flew me to their Bangalore office for the final round on a weekday and did not even cover my travel expenses. Dealing with the consultancy that handled their recruitment was a really bad experience. I had to chase them multiple times for the results, and their interview process is completely unorganized.
