My recruiter called me with the job opening and asked me to send my resume to Koch. Koch responded the next day saying they were interested in doing a phone interview with me the following week. My first phone interview was with a Koch Recruiter who asked mostly standard behavioral interview questions (like greatest accomplishment, a time you had an issue with a coworker or boss, personality traits). She called me the next day and said the company wanted to do a second phone interview that was more technical. I then interviewed with a Director, and it was technical. Koch called me the next day and said they wanted to fly me out to KS, so I had my onsite interview at Koch Industries with 7 people in one day (first an HR rep, then the Director of the department for the job I was applying for, and then each of the department heads for IT). I got a callback a few days later and they offered me the job.

So the interview was basically two parts: first, I had a call with a recruiter over the phone, they were based in Wichita, and then I had to go to Reno for a 3-part in-person interview. The phone call was like a general personality check, asking stuff like 'greatest strength/weakness', it went on for about half an hour. Then the in-person part had me talking to the director of strategy/Reno office manager for an hour, then a 30-min Skype call with an IT manager in Wichita, and another 30-min Skype call with the cloud architecture manager. It was all about seeing if I'd fit in with their culture and checking my past work.

I applied online and after two days, I got a request for a recorded interview with about seven behavioral questions. Then, I had a live video interview with a senior person, which also consisted of behavioral questions. Finally, I got an offer within four days.
