I only made it to the first round, which was a 30-minute interview with two people I met at the social the night before. They asked pretty basic interview questions but really expected me to know a lot about the company.

The interview process is handled by a consultancy. If you're not selected, neither the consultancy nor HR will update you on your application status. They won't respond to calls or emails. They talk a lot about their Market Based Management principles, but don't follow them. I'm glad I wasn't selected for an organization that doesn't respect candidates. I wouldn't recommend this company to friends. Some HRs there have big egos.

It was a 45-minute interview that really dug into the SBO (situation, behavior, outcome) method. They were looking for stories about tough situations, how you dealt with them, and what happened in the end. The main goal was to see how well you work with others, so I'd suggest emphasizing times you teamed up with someone to sort out an issue.
