I went through two phone screenings, first with HR and then with the hiring manager. After that, they scheduled a 4-hour in-person interview where the hiring manager was going to fly in. Right when I got there for the in-person, they mentioned they were adding another person to the interview, making it an extra hour. After the interview, I sent a thank you email but didn't hear back for two weeks. I then followed up on the status, and again, no response. As a last attempt, I sent another email a week later and finally got a response saying the job was on hold because they were changing the requirements. Later, I found out the position was moved to Atlanta. It's disappointing that a company this size wouldn't inform me about the hold after the interview, especially after all the time invested. I had to reach out multiple times to get any info.
