Behavioral Technical

I applied through a university career site and got an initial interview. It was pretty short and informal. Mostly behavioral questions, but at the end, there was a small technical part. He drew a basic diagram and described a scenario where two equally important customers ordered a product, but we couldn't make enough to satisfy both on time. He asked how I'd handle it and had me draw a simple schematic for the supply routing.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Tell me about a time you dealt with conflict in your organization.
  • Imagine two high-priority customers need the same product by a certain date, but we don't have enough to fulfill both orders on time. What's your approach, and can you diagram the supply chain routing?

Confirmed questions4 questions

  • What are a couple of methods for valuing assets?

The interview process was quite bad. There were a total of four rounds, including a managerial round. Following that was an HR round where salary was negotiated. After the HR round, there was no further response from anyone. It's advisable not to waste your time applying for this role.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you explain your understanding of OOPS concepts?
  • What are your thoughts on Angular concepts?
