Applied online via Koch website, and a recruiter got in touch for a screening about three weeks after. The screening conversation was pretty standard – they went over my resume and experience, and talked about the top-level job duties. The recruiter mentioned she'd refer me to the hiring manager during the call and said I should expect an interview invite within two business days. About a week later, I got a generic email saying I was no longer being considered for the role.
