The hiring process involved 5 interviews. While the recruiter was pleasant, there was an issue with scheduling my second interview, which led to wasted preparation time. Despite this hiccup, I remained enthusiastic about the company. Later, my fourth interview, a mock presentation scheduled for 2/6, was initially confirmed. However, the hiring manager contacted me unexpectedly on Friday, 2/2, late in the afternoon. I missed the call and only heard the voicemail later that night. Due to the late hour and the weekend, I waited until Monday morning to return her call during business hours. The manager inquired about my readiness for the mock presentation, and I confirmed my preparedness and excitement. The following day, I completed the mock interview, which I felt went well. The recruiter conveyed positive feedback from the team regarding my presentation. Subsequently, the manager scheduled another meeting for the next day. During this Zoom call, her attitude shifted, and she expressed disappointment that I hadn't returned her call on Friday evening, stating she had already decided against moving forward with me. This was unexpected, especially after I had invested time and effort in preparing and delivering the presentation. I found this approach unprofessional and somewhat misleading, as I had no prior indication of her concerns.

This company's interview process was amazing. Everyone I talked to was great, helpful, and answered my questions clearly. The interviews gave me a good look into their company culture, which was really cool. Honestly, it was one of the smoothest, most professional, and enjoyable interview experiences I've ever had!

All the interviews were virtual. First, I had a good call with HR. The second interview was for a role I didn't even know about, which I found out during the call.
