I went through a 20 minute screener interview, and then a 4 hour interview with 7-8 partners and associates on Zoom. The 20 minute screener was done through the on-campus interview process. I got a callback about a week later, and then the offer about a week after the callback interview. They moved really fast, which was super appreciated. I really loved the transparency, as not all firms are like that.
