The whole Kmart hiring thing usually starts with applying online, then they give you a call to chat, followed by interviews either in person or online. Sometimes there are also tests and background checks. Honestly, it just took forever to hear back from them.

It was a terrible experience. The online questions were straightforward. After applying, I got a text the next day. After the interview, I was offered a 3-month trial, but it was immediately taken back when I mentioned I have anxiety. I had applied explaining I had a disability and was with a job link for my mental health, but she wasn't aware. It's ironic that one of the questions was how would you help a team member if they were feeling down/mental health.

  • What strategies would you use to satisfy customer requirements?
