Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KloudData.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty standard. The first round had medium-level questions and lasted about an hour. Then there was an interview with the business head. The HR round was mostly over the phone. The questions were fair and the process was average.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you describe the types of projects you've worked on?
- What was your specific role in those projects?
Software Engineer
Honestly, this interview felt more like a formality. The company seems more focused on the financial aspect, implying that once an employee is involved in the hiring process, the company benefits, and the employee is then disregarded. They don't follow agile methodologies and have their own unique hiring process without any standardized approach. Candidates need to ensure they have a solid grasp of the fundamentals to succeed in their selection process.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Software Engineer Intern
The interview process had 3 rounds. The first round was an aptitude test with MCQs and technical questions. The second round was a technical interview where basic coding questions were asked. The third round was an HR interview where typical HR questions about future goals and self-introduction were asked.
- Could you explain the Java collection framework?
