First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KloudData.
Intern
The interview process took 2 days. The first day had an aptitude test which has two sections: Technical (Java, C, C++, Data Structures, SQL Basics) and Aptitude (Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Problems). After clearing the aptitude test, they called for the next round, which was a face-to-face technical interview with very basic questions on Java and Data Structures. After clearing the technical round, the Manager had the final round where he asked some basic questions on Java, C++, OOPs, and Data Structures.
- Can you explain the OOPs concepts in Java?
- What is the complexity of the Algorithms?
- Write a program to find the reverse of a string.
Project Manager
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The second and third interviews were quite lengthy, exceeding an hour each. The questions asked were typical for a Project Manager role, and the interviewer was generally friendly and cooperative. However, during the third interview, an HR-related question was posed, which did not sit well with the interviewer, who expressed that this should have been communicated beforehand.
- Can you describe the typical tasks of a Project Manager?
- How do you approach task delegation?
- What methods do you use for estimation in project management?
Software Engineer
Honestly, this interview felt more like a formality. The company seems more focused on the financial aspect, implying that once an employee is involved in the hiring process, the company benefits, and the employee is then disregarded. They don't follow agile methodologies and have their own unique hiring process without any standardized approach. Candidates need to ensure they have a solid grasp of the fundamentals to succeed in their selection process.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Associate Consultant
The interview process mainly involves Skype calls. It includes two technical rounds followed by a final HR round. The first technical round usually has medium-level questions. The second round is with the business head, and the HR round is typically a phone call.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you describe the projects you've worked on?
- What was your specific role in those projects?
