Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Klick.
Designer
The interview process was quite brief and to the point, with no tricky questions. We just talked about work. It didn't feel like a waste of time or have drawn-out tests. They were pretty up front about the work and what to expect.
- What tools do you use and what is your depth of knowledge on Figma?
- Can you describe your experience and knowledge level with Figma?
Junior Designer
The hiring manager was about ten minutes late for our meeting, and didn't apologize or even mention it. I later got an email saying I wasn't chosen, which is fine. But, she also CC'd me on the email to the candidate who got the job, which struck me as pretty unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your skills and how they align with this role?
Designer
The interview process was really chill and not rushed at all, they gave me a lot of time to answer. The questions were pretty different and not what I expected from other ad places, but overall it was a good experience.
- Can you share an instance where you were unable to finish a project by its deadline?
