Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kleinfelder.
Environmental Scientist
The interview was really conversational, which was nice. It wasn't like a typical interview with generic questions about strengths or weaknesses. We mostly just talked about my past experience. Honestly, it was one of the better interviews I've gone through.
- What are your thoughts on working in an industrial environment
Environmental Scientist
I had two interviews for this role. The first was a preliminary chat with two people where they asked some general questions like what my strengths and weaknesses are. It felt pretty informal and open. About a week and a half later, I got an email for a second round with six people. We talked about my past job experiences, especially any field work I'd done.
- Can you tell me about the field work you have performed?
- Could you describe your previous field experiences?
Environmental Scientist
The interview process was approachable and not high pressure. They asked insightful questions that were not invasive and gave a good idea of what the job was like. There were no surprises. It was lovely. (fun!) (More words, many more)
- Tell me about experiences that have shaped you.
