Got approached by a recruiter, then had a screening call. After that, I had an online test and then a technical interview phase one. I spoke with two people for the interviews. The first interviewer asked questions but didn't seem interested in my answers and just moved on, making me feel unsettled. He also didn't use a headset, so I had to deal with echo and his bad internet. The second interviewer was a bit better, but he asked a question and then said we were running out of time, which was annoying because he could have just stopped asking questions if he was pressed for time.

So I was contacted by a recruiter, and the interview process went like this: first, a call with the recruiter, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, there was an online logic test and an online coding test. Then, I had a technical discussion with two engineers over Skype. After those initial stages, they flew me out to Stockholm for a two-night stay, covering accommodation. The interview day itself had two parts: one was planning out a feature with two engineers, which was about broad architecture and customer focus and was pretty fun. The other part was a coding test or pair programming session with different engineers. After all that, they showed me around the office and let me know I'd passed and would get an offer. They also connected me with relocation consultants to explain how they'd help with moving. The recruiter stayed in touch throughout, making it feel really friendly. I felt like I got to know the company better as it went on, and they were flexible with my schedule.

So first I had to do an IQ test. Then I met with my boss, and after that I met with two developers. We also did some technical tests, and the last step was meeting the head of development. They sent me two tests: one specifically about Javascript and another was a standard programming test that one of the developers at Klarna made.
