Customer Service Representative
It's the usual interview process most people go through. There's a background check, they'll ask about your previous job experiences and how you'd deal with different tough situations. They want to see how committed you are to serving the company.
- What will you contribute to the company and its success?
- Tell me about your past job experiences.
- Describe how you would handle challenging situations.

I applied via LinkedIn and got an automated email for a logic test, which I did well on after some prep. A few weeks later, a recruiter called for a 30-minute chat about my background and future goals with Klarna. That went great, and the recruiter thought I'd be a good fit. Then, I had to retake the logic test and do an English assessment with another recruiter, which also went well. After more waiting, I had a formal interview with a hiring manager focused on Klarna's principles and how I'd apply them. The manager said she'd give me a strong hire recommendation. But then, nothing. I emailed a few times for updates or feedback, and they just said I'd hear back soon and not to worry, but I never did. It's been 3 months since the last interview, and I've taken another job. It felt unprofessional to not follow up, especially after getting my hopes up. I think their hiring process is disorganized and chaotic. I was really excited and prepared a lot, so I'm just bummed about not getting a clear answer.
- You need to know Klarna's 5 principles by heart, as they really emphasize them, and they seem to be looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals.

I sent in my application online and then got an email with a link to a test with 15 questions (it was about finding the last pattern in a sequence of 3 dots pictures). After that, the recruitment team called me for a phone interview, and I got the feedback via email. Later, I got an email for an interview at their main office in Stockholm, and then another final interview two weeks after that. Both interviews were about an hour long and involved typical interview questions. You also have to do the same test again during the second interview. It took them three weeks to let me know their decision, but I had already accepted another job by then.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging coworker?
- Do you feel people sometimes get the wrong initial impression of you?
