The interview process was terrible. It involved a logic test, which was a minor annoyance because they didn't share the score. The main issue was the case study, which felt like unpaid consulting. They said it would only take a couple of hours, but it actually required at least 6+ hours to do well. The case study was a QBR data analysis and presentation deck that the company could easily reuse with their own data. I sent a protected Excel workbook to the recruiter to show my work and tabs while preventing copying. However, the recruiter insisted I unprotect the cells so they could see my formulas, which I had explained in an appendix. I thought the slides, Excel file, and methodology explanation slides were sufficient. I offered multiple times to answer any questions in a meeting, but they declined. I withdrew from the process at that point. A fair case study wouldn't involve the company's direct data and would allow for IP protection if it was related to the job's tasks. This whole experience was disappointing, and it's clear why Klarna has many negative interview reviews. Don't waste your time.

The hiring process started with a logic test, then a skill interview, and finally a competence interview. Since it was during the summer, the whole recruitment process moved quite slowly, taking about 2 months in total until I heard back. The recruiters were nice throughout. I asked for feedback on why I didn't get the job, but they didn't provide any.

I got sent a logical test first, which was pretty easy. After passing that, they sent over three more tests that were tougher, and I ran out of time on some of them - there was a logical one, a numerical one, and an email sorting one. After doing well on the tests and a quick phone chat, I got an automated email saying they'd reviewed my application and rejected me. I tried to get more feedback, but no reply.
