Behavioral Case Technical

The interview process felt pretty structured but not too intense. It kicked off with a recruiter chat where they asked about my background, what motivates me, and my knowledge of Klarna. Then came a business case round; it was a simple case, mainly about looking at product data, figuring out trends, and explaining them without making it too complicated. The last part was a team/manager interview, which was mostly behavioral questions, like how I deal with conflicts, my career aspirations, and why I'm keen on Klarna. All in all, the case wasn't too hard, and the main thing was to present well and show I'd fit in with the team.

Behavioral Case Technical

It was a 3 round interview process. First, a chat with a recruiter, very generic, where they explained the company values and the tasks. Second, this was a very easy business case without the possibility to use a calculator, there was an imaginary product to launch in a market and they were showing some graphs. Very very easy and to be performed in front of a Senior Analyst. Third, an interview with the hiring manager and the team. Very easy questions regarding how I handle conflicts and what would I do in certain scenarios.

Behavioral Technical

First there was a reasoning test, which I passed. Then I had a call with the recruiter, who was super nice. Right after that call, I was told I passed to the next round, which was supposed to be two calls, and after both calls we'd know the outcome. The first technical call was weird because the interviewer thought I was someone else, a referral from a colleague. During the call, they seemed to change their mind and opinions a lot, which was confusing. They seemed underqualified or unprepared. It also felt like maybe they had a referral set up for the job. After this call, the recruiter told me there wouldn't be a second call because my first call wasn't good enough, even though the plan was two calls for that round. It was a really bad experience.
