after several stages, an online test, an interview with HR, and a panel with individual interviews, the individual interview had simple questions about professional perspective, what your greatest personal/professional achievement is (that you are most proud of), what your best quality is (that defines you), and how it helped you achieve the answer to the previous question. I also discussed a career plan in a company.

First, there was an interview with HR, then with the hiring manager. The talent company conducted a group interview where everyone just had to introduce themselves. In the interview with the manager, I was asked to introduce myself, and although no direct questions were asked, the manager took notes when I mentioned specific knowledge like GIS software. I received an email response three days after this interview.
