I only went through the first round of the interview. They asked a lot of in-depth questions about your projects and the use of Civil 3D. I tried my best but they ended up not moving forward. And, they wanted you to write a reflection after the interview. I did, but they still rejected me at the end.

I interviewed with Kittelson and the process was pretty straightforward although time consuming. I initially met with two recruiters. I reached out again to one of the recruiters and was asked to write a 2ish paragraph summary of experience talking with them, and then after that was sent meeting details for an interview with a potential mentor in one of their offices. I then met with that interviewer. The interview was mainly me asking them questions about the company. Afterword I wrote another summary of the experience.

It was a nice interview process with some brain teasers and behavioral questions. The whole thing was pretty smooth and organized, which I appreciated. I liked how they make it more open-ended for the applicant after the interview, asking us to think about each conversation we had at Kittelson's offices, whether online or in person.

I was the first person to apply because I'd been looking to work at Kittelson for a few months prior. I first met with two employees and thought the conversation went well but didn't hear back for a while. I reached back out and asked if they had any updates and they scheduled me for another meeting with two different employees and then maybe a week after that I was given an offer and assigned a mentor. The interviews were pretty casual and I felt comfortable to ask a lot of questions that weren't your typical "What's an average day like here". Was honestly surprised to get an offer because it didn't feel like they had really "grilled" and tested me, they just took some time to get to know me and decided that I would be a good fit I guess.
