It was good, easy to communicate and friendly. We talked about my past experience and goals. They seemed keen to provide a lot of support on future goals. We also talked about the responsibility of the roles and teams. Really good experience overall.

It was a casual chat inside the store. We talked about my past experience and skills. We also discussed the pay rate and what's expected during busy seasons, including lifting furniture. The meeting was laid back, right on the sales floor. They asked about my availability, mentioning they need people for evenings and weekends.

I applied online and got a call back in about a week. The interview happened a few days later and it was super chill, like talking to someone I already knew. We covered basic stuff like my availability, how I'd handle tough customers, and what I'd do if work conflicts popped up. The only tricky part was when I said I couldn't work Sundays because of religion, and she kept pushing me to commit to several Sundays a month. She said she'd call me back in two days, but it's been way longer than that and I still haven't heard anything.
