Had over 8 interviews with different people. It could have been more, but their schedules didn't work with mine. The whole process took about two and a half months from start to getting an offer. The interview process really shows how they treat their staff, which isn't great.

Even though I wasn't keen on interviewing with this firm initially due to its reputation and my personality not fitting their "cut throat" environment, my recruiter convinced me to go for it. The office was impressive, modern, and technologically advanced. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist and escorted to a large meeting room with a great city view, clearly designed to impress with their wealth. After a brief wait, the interviewer arrived and we began the interview. It became apparent during our conversation that this wasn't a workplace I wanted to be a part of, and I sensed the interviewer felt the same. She seemed to be probing for more intense or controversial responses, but that's not my style, so I didn't engage in that way. I believe in thoughtful decision-making and prefer working with similar individuals. This may have annoyed her, as she ended with a rather rude question. I responded mildly, as usual, and didn't react. I was certain then that the firm wasn't a good fit and told my recruiter so afterwards. I assume the interviewer shared my assessment, as my recruiter never followed up with her feedback.

The interview process was professional and went smoothly. First, I had a phone screen with an HR Director. Then, for the second round, I went to the office and interviewed with a Senior Director and Director in another office via video conference. For the third round, I had in-person interviews in the office. The Firm worked with a recruiting agency, so all of my communication came through the agency. The agency was very good about providing periodic updates on the status of my application.
