The interview process was pretty simple. There were 3 rounds, and then a final meeting with the CEO. The whole thing took about a month from start to finish. It was a good experience overall until the very end. After meeting the CEO, the company just ghosted us and pulled the job posting without telling us what was going on.

Four interviews are required for an offer: a phone screening, a "core values" interview, a "job-specific" interview, and a final CEO interview. Interviews are spaced 1-2 weeks apart, leading to a long wait time for feedback. I was rejected after two interviews. The interview process itself was quite enjoyable, and the staff seemed friendly and approachable. Expect many STAR method questions.

The interview process was quite long so definitely take waiting time into consideration. The communications were great in the beginning but became frustrating in the end. This tech-start up looks golden from the outside but internally you can tell by just interviewing some things can be skeptical. They value happiness as a priority in your job in itself. I'd note, the pay is lower than market value especially in this economy. They want you to wear multiple hats in your role. Overall, don't ask about Diversity & Inclusion they take it as a taboo topic. The interviewers will be stereotypical towards your accomplishments and gaslight you so beware. They indicated that during 2020s movement of corporations push for diversity & inclusion. Kipsu tried to make progress but it's still a challenge for them. I would encourage being more open to including systemically excluded professionals on your executive board that could possibly solve your challenge.

I applied online and they reached out. Started with a phone screen. Second round was zoom interview with a senior developer and team. Third interview was with VP of application delivery. Final interview was with CEO of the company. It started off really simple and straight forward. Resume and experience questions. The whole process was about 4 months. Before the 3rd interview they cancelled the interview because the job was "on hold." About a month later they reached out to me saying that they were hiring for that position and proceeded me to interview another two times. After 2 months, they sent a generic rejection email. The position has been open for over a year. I don't recommend applying here. They're not hiring. They're wasting your time. CEO was really nervous talking about family, has a tell where he digs his teeth when he's nervous.
