Applied online and then got a reply and after that received an interview link. It was really very smooth and easy. After that I joined the link and completed the process. As soon as it finished, I received a letter for joining.

It was easy going and relaxed. I think they should have explained how challenging the job would be more. Otherwise it was fine. They maybe asked how I might react if I were hurt, e.g. hit a bit etc.
