First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kingsley Healthcare.
Support Worker
Applied online and then got a reply and after that received an interview link. It was really very smooth and easy. After that I joined the link and completed the process. As soon as it finished, I received a letter for joining.
- Why do you want to join this field and this company? What will be your goal after joining and how will you prove yourself? How will you handle challenges and obstacles?
Healthcare Assistant
It wasn't the best experience. They advertised that no experience was needed for the job, but then they asked a lot of professional and difficult questions.
- Tell me about dementia.
- Do you have experience with dementia patients?
- How would you approach caring for someone with dementia?
Domestic Worker
They were inviting and friendly, and the interview was face to face. The manager and staff were informative and welcoming when I got to the building. I felt really comfortable. They offered full training and hours that worked for me.
- Tell me about your previous employment.
- What hours are you available to work?
- Do you have any training in this area?
Home Manager
I applied for the deputy role but was interviewed for the Home Manager position and was successful. I was offered the job, completed all the paperwork, and got a letter about my joining date. On the first day, I had an induction, followed by 2-3 weeks of training. I then got stuck into the routine, getting to know the residents and their care plans.
- How do you handle situations where there's conflict between two staff members?
- Could you explain the KLOEs for the CQC?
