It was pathetic because they freezed hiring due to technical difficulties. I went till the last round, and then, they said they'd not hire. The interview process comprised 3 rounds for me. Round 1-: Behavioural round where HR asked me questions like "what's the difference between reacting and responding, why do you want to join us, what's your biggest achievement till date etc. (20-25 mins telephonic interview) Case Study round: 1.5 hours for making a company profile of Cosmic Pet. Round 3: Discussion regarding my case study. Round 4: GHOSTED.

So the process here is pretty thorough. It started with a call from HR, and then we had another interview over the phone. After that, there was a meeting where they gave us a good look at the company and what this job is all about, so we could really get a feel for the place and what they expect. Then, we had to do a case study, which shows they really want to see how we tackle problems and use our skills. The interviews after that were all tied to the case study, digging deep into how we think and our analytical skills.

I want to share my thoughts on how the case study discussion is handled. It might be better to do this right after submitting the case study, instead of having a big gap. Having extra time to prepare can make things unfair, and we might end up hiring people who aren't actually the best fit. This whole thing could mess up the selection process. Also, being asked for exact answers very quickly in the discussion feels a bit too limiting. It's hard to really explain things fully and show what you know. This makes it tough for candidates to share their ideas well, which could affect how they're evaluated. On top of that, HR hasn't really communicated about the timeline for hiring. It's weird when a lot of time goes by with no updates on what's happening next. If there was a clear timeline, it would be way more organized and transparent, making the whole experience better for everyone involved.
