It was pathetic because they freezed hiring due to technical difficulties. I went till the last round, and then, they said they'd not hire. The interview process comprised 3 rounds for me. Round 1-: Behavioural round where HR asked me questions like "what's the difference between reacting and responding, why do you want to join us, what's your biggest achievement till date etc. (20-25 mins telephonic interview) Case Study round: 1.5 hours for making a company profile of Cosmic Pet. Round 3: Discussion regarding my case study. Round 4: GHOSTED.
- Can you explain the difference between reacting and responding?
- Why are you interested in joining our company?
- Tell me about your greatest accomplishment to date.
Operations Associate
The interview process was surely very long. However, I understand this is to screen applicants which better match the culture of the firm. The interview consisted of 3 rounds, a telephonetic interview, a company screening round and basic verbal/logical reasoning test and a final HR round. Overall, nothing technical was asked and the team was overall very accommodating and professional. If you want to pass the interview process just be calm and confident. They give opportunities so that the candidate gets a better understanding of the role in the form of a short 10 minute presentation and also with a coffee chat with current employees.
- Tell me about a time you experienced failure and how you handled it.
- How have you resolved conflicts with teammates in the past?
- What did you learn from your previous internship or work experience?

It was a long interview process that took over 3 weeks. There were several different types of rounds and they really tested my skills, communication, and research abilities. They seemed to really focus on the type of person I am and my personality. I got to meet the team, and the office seemed pretty cool. They definitely want to make sure they hire the right people for the job.
- Given your previous work experience, what skills did you gain and how would you apply them here?
- How do you see yourself contributing to our firm based on your past experiences?
- Can you share examples that demonstrate your problem-solving capabilities and creative thinking?

It was an HR round, then a case study, then an operations and HR final round. They gave me an on-the-spot case study and I had to make a presentation. After that, there were questions based on the case study. I cleared all rounds but they never told me the result. They just said to wait. It was frustrating after contacting them, no use. I didn't like how they treated candidates after the interview. When I asked for feedback, their behavior was unprofessional, like I really needed the job.
