So it's a group interview, you need to work together and create a short presentation about a day in the life of a King's student. It's important to show you have good teamwork and communication skills. Also, be friendly and proactive throughout the whole thing.
- What are some key qualities to have as an ambassador?
Student Ambassador
It was a group interview led by a panel that seemed to be composed of past student ambassadors and admin staff. The questions were pretty standard, like asking for a self-introduction and posing scenario-based questions. We had to discuss things as a group and then present our findings together, so it also kind of depends on who you end up interviewing with.
- Could you introduce yourself and tell us what you think is the most crucial trait for a student ambassador?
Student Ambassador
It was a panel interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers. We all got asked the same questions and took turns answering. This did mean sometimes everyone had already said what you were going to say, but some creative phrasing can help avoid too much repetition. The whole interview was 10 mins max and not too hard. The atmosphere was friendly and professional.
