I applied on May 27th and got an invite for a panel interview on July 15th. There were 3 interviewers and they asked me over 10 questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a fair interview process, and they were flexible with what I needed. It felt more like a discussion between equals than a strict Q&A. The informal vibe really helped. The process wasn't complicated, and all the questions seemed relevant.

I got an email to interview at a specific time, no options given. The interview itself was a 10min presentation then a panel interview with four people over video. I spent a lot of time getting ready, practicing my presentation and preparing answers to questions and questions to ask them. My experience of the interview was not great. Four interviewers felt like they were trying to avoid responsibility and were also intimidating. The whole thing felt very academic and formal. The panel was all women, which was a bit unexpected. Some questions were unclear, I had to ask for clarification on whether they wanted an example. After the interview, they sent feedback quickly via email, but the tone was condescending for an experienced candidate, especially now with the job market being so hard. They mentioned standard questions and the STAR technique, almost like a template. They also said I asked too many questions, which surprised me. And no feedback on my presentation makes me think they just wanted free ideas. This wasn't my first time interviewing with them, but it'll likely be my last.
